Get started with Dentascribe's clickable templates in minutes. No installation or setup required - just open a template and start documenting.

Dentascribe is a web-based platform that runs entirely in your browser, designed to work seamlessly with your existing practice management system.

The quickest way to see how it works is to use one of our pre-built templates. You can create a comprehensive clinical note in minutes, with no downloads or account setup required.

Try Interactive Demo

1. Go to the Notes Dashboard

Open app.dentascribe.uk in your web browser.

2. Choose a Template

From the main dashboard, you can browse our library of over 30 pre-built templates. They cover everything from routine examinations and hall crown placements to IV sedation.

  1. Find the template that matches your appointment.
  2. Select the type of template you want to use. There are
  3. Click ‘Open’ to open the template in the editor.

3. Fill in Your Note

Work through the template by clicking on the relevant clinical options and typing any additional details into the text fields.

Dentascribe automatically saves your progress as you go, so you don’t have to worry about losing your document.

4. Copy Your Note to Your Records

Once your note is complete, click the ‘Copy’ button. You can then paste it directly into your own practice management system.

Make any final adjustments if needed, and save the record as you normally would.
